OASIS - Committee-based Session Building Reduce the high costs and time-consuming  travel of on-site Program Committee meetings!  By using the OASIS Session Tools, committee members can essentially populate their sessions on their own (yet have their work monitored by association staff).  You can finalize the program via a conference call or online demo, after the majority of the sessions have been created.  Rather than spending the day moving abstracts into sessions, the committee and staff can spend a few hours on fine-tuning and polishing the sessions that were slotted in advance.

In addition to building sessions, OASIS also has an on-line component to “slot” sessions into an association defined Session Grid!  You can give access to a large group of committee members or provide access to a few key staff members.  After the sessions have been created and slotted, you have complete access to session reports, including conflict checks.
